• Performance placement depends on several factors including grade level, proximity to venue, local school district transportation priorities.
• We work in association with your school district bus transportation departments and will do our best to meet your scheduling needs.

When is my PAYMENT DUE?

• All payments are due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled performance. Deadlines less than 2 weeks out may be announced. Check your PASSPORT (reservation) APPLICATION for actual deadlines.
• Early Bird Deadlines are assigned to award purchase discounts. Check Early Bird Payments Deadlines.

What form of PAYMENT do you accept?

• Payments may be made by School Check, Purchase Order or Credit Card (Visa/Master or School District Cards).

How do I pay by PURCHASE ORDER?

• Purchase Orders should be completed by your school bookkeeper or an appropriate budget representative 2-3 months before your scheduled performance.
• In the event that you are unable to meet this time frame, forward a Budget Requisition Number by phone or fax to confirm that you are in the process of acquiring Purchase Order approval.

Do you have DISCOUNTS for early reservations?

• Discounts exist for purchase made in full by the assigned Early Bird Date. Participants receive additional privledges  as Early Bird Members. Early Bird Reserve Seating is contingent upon availability and will be assigned at payment is received.

What happens if I make an Early Bird Reservation but MISS THE PAYMENT DEADLINE?  Will I lose my Discount?

• Early Bird Discounts can be locked in with a 20% Deposit.  However, you will forfeit all other Early Bird Benefits (i.e. reserve seating).

When will I receive my TICKETS?.

• Admission Vouchers are either faxed or emailed normally the week following receipt of full payment.
